Apricot Hazelnut Truffles.

I just made this recipe up by myself, and it turned out very nice.
As I mentioned before everybody in our family has the sweet tooth:), that means we need to have some treats in our house all the time.
Because I am trying to keep my weight in the right place, I am always looking for some food that won’t ruin my daily exercises and clean eating.
This recipe is great because it’s vegan, dairy free, sugar free, oil free, gluten free.

3/4 cup hazelnuts.
1/2 cup dried organic apricots
1/2 cup raw cocoa
little water.

Blend the nuts in the blender. Save 1/4 cup for coating.
Add dried apricots and raw cocoa and blend it all together.
If the paste is not sticky, add some water.
Make little balls.
Roll the balls in the hazelnuts until well coated then transfer to a plate.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
